Energy Fuels to Acquire Uranium Resources’ Mineral Properties Adjacent to Roca Honda Project

Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEMKT:UUUU,TSX:EFR) signed a Letter of Intent with Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ:URRE) for the acquisition of 4,580 acres of mineral properties adjacent to the Roca Honda Project in Mexico. The properties are currently held by Uranium Resources. Upon completion of the acquisition, Energy Fuels expects to transfer the Acquired Properties to Roca Honda subsidiary Roca Honda Resources LLC in consideration of accommodations to be made by Roca Honda joint venture partner Sumitomo Corporation to compensate for its share of acquisition costs.

NexGen Energy Confirms High Grade Uranium at Northeast Edge of the Arrow Zone

NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSXV:NXE) released further assay results from its Winter 2015 program at at the Arrow zone, Rook I property in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. The high grade cores within A2 and A3 shears have been expanded, and confirmed and exceeded expectations with assay results from angled drill holes AR-15-39, -39w1, and -41. An angled drill hole has confirmed the presence of high grade uranium at the northeast edge of the Arrow zone. Preparations are underway for a five-rig drill program slated to start in early- to mid-June.

Toro Energy Begins Sonic Resource Drilling at Wiluna Project

Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) announced the commencement of a sonic core resource drilling campaign at its Wiluna Uranium Project in Western Australia. 130 sonic core drill holes planned across Wiluna’s Lake Maitland, Centipede, Millipede and Nowthanna deposits. The program is expected to span 6 weeks, with the following objectives: investigations into the 2014 observation that previous gamma probe measurements may have led to an underestimation in significant parts of the resource; and improved geological data for the process optimization studies started in Q1 of 2015.
